Cupid and Psyche represent in their myth the typical love story cliché. The same as the modern Hollywood movies or the classical books we read about. It even has similarities with Romeo and Juliet or any movie, example 50 First Dates. It’s the story everyone knows and many, many people feel related to because it is very likely to happen to you in your life. The impossible love. That love that people feel the need of but somehow, by any reason the people can’t be together. It may be even if one of them is a god or simply the two persons live in different places.
This stories we all know and always know the end. Even though dozens of obstacles fall in the way, the two persons end up together. Maybe like in this myth or for example in Romeo and Juliet or even in all of the cliché love stories that appear in Hollywood. Any way it’s a typical story and like many others we still remember them even though their origin is Greek mythology. And like most of the myths, we have used them to create new stories.

But where's the text? Interact with the text. What do these gods say? Also, of three texts you don't even mention the others?
